James was punctual, friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the products he recommended after listening to the questions that I raised with him. James was not at all pushy and there was no hard sales to sign anything at this meeting. He also explained his fees in details so there will be no surprises at a later date and he has also taken details of other queries of mine to be able to help me with other matters. I will definitely be using James as my Financial adviser now and in the future.
